This message board has been set up for members and staff to utilize as a discussion area for Gustav-related issues, and will be monitored as long as LR's OERC remains active.
To participate, register by clicking the "Register" link at the top of the page and complete your user profile. This will include a username and password you'll use to login and post/reply to messages on the board.
Once logged in with your username and password, you can participate by selecting the "Hurricane Gustav Discussion" forum. Current conversation threads are displayed there.
To read a thread, click on it. To reply to a post in a message thread, click the "Reply" button, type your reply and submit.
To start a new discussion thread (topic), click the "New Thread" button, which is visible when viewing the listing of current threads in the "Hurricane Gustav Discussion" forum.
There are other board features and options, but this should be enough to get you started. LR staff will regularly monitor the board when it is active and will reply to inquiries as soon as possible.
